Celebrate storytelling in all its forms at the 2nd Annual Storytelling by the Sea festival in Castine, Maine, August 8th & 9th. The two-day event will be packed with over 20 performances, including presentations by storyteller and musician Jennifer Armstrong, storyteller and mime Antonio Rocha, comedian and clown Randy Judkins, physical comedian Kenny Raskin, who performed in the Broadway production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, a Japanese Kamishibai storyteller, and a variety of tellers with down-east flavor. Most of the festivities will take place on the Wilson Museum’s campus at 120 Perkins Street, Castine, ME, with select programs at the Witherle Memorial Library and other Castine venues. Don’t miss this celebration of the art of storytelling. Nominal fee.
