Have you listened through months of executive director and board committee reports only to find yourself still wondering, what is it that this organization truly does?
Do you find yourself dreading your next board meeting as “time you could better spend doing just about anything else”?
Have you ever looked over your board member roster and realized that no one is ready or willing to become the next chair?
If your answer to any of the above questions is yes, join us for Board Boot Camp!
