“We can hardly believe it has been twenty years,” said Moll, “what a blessing to be able to facilitate the level of training that Gabriel provides to the community. His patience, wisdom and humor make this an enjoyable event for people at all levels in yoga and in the spiritual walk.”

Other classes on Saturday from 9 a.m. and to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. include Yoga Chikitsa, yoga postures or therapeutics, and relaxing through breathing.

“Yoga is the best antidote for being burnt, being out-of-sync with your own life rhythm, or fluctuating back and forth between being anxious or depressed,” explains Halpern, “Yoga teaches techniques that are simple, safe, and effective and this class will cover a sequence of poses that will relax and renew. If you want to learn about your own peace of mind, I invite you to come to any of these classes.”
