MILFORD, Maine — Join the Friends of Sunkhaze Meadows National Wildlife Refuge at 10 a.m. Sunday Feb. 16 for a Sunday morning hike led by naturalist Lindsay Seward. Bring your snow shoes and meet at the Johnson Brook parking lot located on the County Road in Milford, Maine. Learn how to identify trees by looking at the bark, twigs, nuts and branches of deciduous and coniferous trees.

Trails are easy to moderate, this family friendly event is open to the public. 10 am to noon. Please like us on Facebook for event updates.

Directions: Follow County Road 8.1 miles from US Route 2 and look for the parking area and trail head on the left.
