Hear the haunting sounds of a bird that is hard to see. A whip-poor-will’s brindled plumage blends well with leaves on the forest floor, but they are active at dawn and dusk, flying about to catch and eat insects. Led by Bob Milardo. Meet at Walden-Park Way where the power lines cross the road. Friday, June 13 at 7:45 p.m.
