Join Larry Beauregard, instructor in the Maine Master Naturalist Program and Certified Tree Farmer, for a tree ID walk. Emphasis will be on conifers and hardwoods that are common in the woodlands of central Maine. We will illustrate characteristics that are used to identify trees and demonstrate simple methods for measuring tree growth and age.
