LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. – WBRC Architects ∙ Engineers announces that Senior Architectural Designer Kevin Meserve has been promoted to associate.

A member of WBRC since 1998, Meserve’s responsibilities have included architectural building design from schematic design through construction documents, along with construction administration.

Meserve’s design and administration experience includes commercial and civic/municipal buildings, educational facilities, and healthcare projects. His portfolio includes projects for Beall’s Inc., Verizon Wireless, Plymouth Harbor Inc., Miracle League of Manasota, Manatee Memorial Hospital, John Dough Bakery, Coastal Animal Medical, and Canterbury Commons.

Originally from Westbrook, Maine, Meserve is a graduate of St. Petersburg College, earning an Associate of Art. He has also studied at Southern Maine Technical College in South Portland, ME and New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, NH.

Founded in 1902, WBRC Architects ∙ Engineers has an extensive portfolio of projects across all sectors, including civic, commercial, educational, and healthcare and R&D. The firm employs more than 60 people in three offices, located in Bangor and Portland, Maine, and Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Nearly half of WBRC’s design professional hold LEED AP credentials.
