Unity Rotary Club installs new officers

UNITY, Maine — The Unity Area Rotary Club has installed new officers for the 2014-2015 year. The new officers include Ron Cropley, sergeant at arms; Keel Kemper and Pat Newell, co-treasurers; Jan Cropley, secretary; and Bill Crawford, president elect. The operational year for Rotary International and all Rotary Districts and Clubs begins on July 1, and the new officers were installed at this time.

The Unity Area Rotary Club looks forward to meeting their new District Governor, Norman Angell, at their July 15 meeting, said Gene Pfeiffer, membership chairman.

Unity Area Rotary meets at 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays at Crosstrax Neighborhood Deli, 215 Depot Street, Unity.
