UNITY, Maine — For the second year in a row, holidays were a little brighter for clients of the Volunteer Regional Food Pantry with children.

Charles Schaeffer, president, is shown in the photo with some of the 70 bags distributed containing hats and scarves made by club members and other items such as toys, games, candy, coloring books, and crayons.

Unity Area Rotary meets at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays at Crosstrax Neighborhood Deli on Depot Street. To learn more about Rotary or for information on becoming a member go to www.rotary.org.
