Sangerville Boy Scouts Troop 61 received some new cold weather camping gear which was generously donated by Maine Military Supply owner Frank Spizouco.

Troop 61 is a newly established troop, having only begun in May of 2011, and this gear has been enthusiastically accepted by the scouts as it opens up new outdoor camping opportunities regardless of the weather. The scouts look forward to returning to Maine Military Supply and share their experiences using the gear with Frank after they’ve used it to give him some feedback on performance.

Troop 61 currently has 9 Scouts from SAD#4 and from AOS#94. They meet every Sunday afternoon at 4:00pm at the Grace Bible Church in Sangerville, their Charter Organization. Anyone interested should call ScoutMaster Ken Kimball at 876-3485
