Tracy Harding named to NASBA Regulatory Response Committee

PORTLAND, Maine – BerryDunn is pleased to announce that Tracy Harding has been named to the Regulatory Response Committee of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). The Committee writes NASBA’s comment letters on rule proposals from organizations such as FASB, PCAOB, and AICPA. Harding’s appointment is effective as of November 1, 2013.

Harding is BerryDunn’s Director of Quality Assurance and Principal-in-Charge of the firm’s Bangor office, and he is the Bangor office coordinator for the firm’s Financial Services Group. Mr. Harding is a recognized expert as an independent concurring partner reviewer on many audits, for both public and nonpublic companies. He serves on the State of Maine’s Uniform Accounting and Auditing Practices for Community Agencies advisory committee, and he is chair of the Maine Board of Accountancy, which regulates licensing for all CPAs in the state.
