SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine — Town and Country Federal Credit Union has announced four internal promotions.
Bob Leger has been named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Bob joined Town & Country in 2007 as CFO. In his new role, Bob will be responsible for the Finance, Audit and Marketing functions of the organization as well as assisting in technology and its related implementation strategies. Prior to joining Town & Country, Bob worked with York County Federal Credit Union
Pamela Kane has accepted the position of Vice President and Chief Administration Officer. In her new role, Pam will oversee all Information Technology, Accounting, Information Systems and Operations departments. She joined the credit union in 1982 and has held a variety of positions over the years, most recently that of Vice President of Administration.
Jessica Schneckloth has been promoted to Collections Manager at Town & Country. Jessica joined the Credit Union in 2008 as Collections Supervisor. In her new role, Jessica is responsible for mitigating loss to the credit union through creative payment solutions and member education as it pertains to finance, budgets and repairing/rebuilding credit. She joined Town & Country from York County Federal Credit Union.
Nicole Sears was recently named Vice President and Chief People Officer. She joined the credit union in 2011 as Human Resources Manager. In her new role, Nicole will oversee the human resources and training/development departments for the organization. Prior to joining Town & Country, Nicole was with the National Life Group.
