Timber Tina’s Great Maine Lumberjack Show in conjunction with the Egg Festival on Saturday, July 19 in Pittsfield

Make sure you attend the 42nd Central Maine Egg Festival on Saturday to see Timber Tina’s Great Maine Lumberjack Show! Performances at: 12:00 noon; 2:00 pm & 5:00 pm at the Manson Park Grounds off Crosby Street, Pittsfield.

The show includes Power “Hot Sawing, Axe Throwing, Cross-Cut Sawing, Chainsaw Carving, Underhand Chopping and Log Rolling.

Timber Tina’s Great Maine Lumberjack Show is a group of logging sports entertainers that travel all over North America performing shows. The shows are action-packed performances where they turn the old time skills the lumberjacks used to use in the woods into a modern day competition. These shows are entertaining for the entire family and fun for all ages. With three shows, people can see it more than once!

Timber Tina started log rolling at the age of 7. She performed in her family’s show for over 15 years before branching off on her own in 1995 to start The Great Maine Lumberjack Show and The World Champion Lumberjills.

6 am – 9 am Early Bird Breakfast in Manson Park sponsored by the Newport Fire Department;

7 am – 9 am Powered Parachute Ultralite and Trike Flight Demonstration – Curtis Air;

Remote Controlled Aircraft Demonstration – Curtis Air;

Parachute Jumpers Demonstration – Curtis Air;

7 am – 4 pm Flight Line Open to public to view Aircraft on display – Curtis Air;

8 am Exhibitor Area Open to public– Curtis Air;

9 am Marketplace Tent opens in Manson Park featuring Maine Crafters & Artisans;

9 am Helicopter Demonstration Life Flight and Maine Forest Service Helicopters;

9 am – 1 pm Young Eagles Flights begins;

9:15 am The Famous Big Parade begins at the Industrial Park, down Somerset Ave, onto Main Street and to the park;

11 am Kiwanis Karnival Games and Rides open;

12 pm Lumberjack Show Demonstration;

12 pm – 1 pm Sebasticook Valley Community Band performing in the Entertainment tent;

12:30 pm Chicken and Steak BBQ served in the Food Tent by the Detroit Fire Department;

1 pm – 2 pm Boom Bang Twang performing in the Entertainment Tent;

1 pm – 4 pm Remote Controlled Aircraft Demonstration – Curtis Air;

2 pm Lumberjack Show Demonstration;

2 pm – 3 pm Open Mic – in the Entertainment Tent;

2 pm – 4 pm Parachute Jumpers Demonstration – Curtis Air

3 pm – 5 pm Zevulon in the Entertainment Tent;

4 pm Flight Line Closes – Curtis Air;

4 pm – 5 pm Boom Bang Twang performing in the Entertainment Tent;

5 pm Lumberjack Show Demonstration;

5 pm Dog Costume Contest Sponsored by The Dog House (Children’s Tent area);

5 pm – 7 pm The Resistance performing in the Entertainment Tent;

7-9:15 PM Pete Witham and The Cozmik Zombies performing in the Entertainment Tent;

9:30 pm FIREWORKS.
