The Brick House Restaurant, featuring one of the top 12 Hottest Chefs in Maine 2013 and voted best Chowder and Wings in 2012, will be reopening with an exciting joining of forces – Shawn Stemp and Angie Kibbe Stemp will be joining The Brick House family to bring you, our loyal customer, expanded hours and additional homemade deliciousness at the same affordable prices. Shawn has worked in high end kitchens from California to Massachusetts and Angie has worked in several of the top rated restaurants in Central and Western Massachusetts. Whenever possible, TBH is also collaborating with local farms to bring fresh local produce and dairy products in an effort to support local farmers. The Brick House will be open for breakfast and lunch and dinner, with entertainment on Friday evenings from March through October.
