Summer Saturday Hikes in the Wildlands

Enjoy a guided hike in the Great Pond Mountain Wildlands every Saturday thru September, starting July 5. Most hikes will leave from the Wildlands’ South Gate (Rte. 1 near Rte. 176) at 10 am; the Great Pond Mtn. hike will leave from Craig Brook Nat’l Fish Hatchery at 8:30 am. Longer hikes (4+ miles) will alternate weekly with short hikes (2 miles). July 5, hike the Esker Path; July 12, hike Great Pond Mountain the long way, via the Dead River Trail; July 19, hike to Hothole Pond; July 28, enjoy the view from Flag Hill.
