Stage East announces stage productions for 2012 season

EASTPORT, Maine – Stage East announced the three productions to be performed this year at the Eastport Arts Center, in Eastport. The schedule is:

• “Dixie Swim Club” by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Jamie Wooten, Friday through Sunda, May 4, 5, 6, and 11, 12, 13, directed by Barbara Wilson.

• “Sylvia” by A. R. Gurney, Friday through Sunday, Aug. 3, 4, 5, and 10, 11, 12, directed by Elaine Abbott.

• “Proof” by David Auburn, Friday through Sunday, Oct. 19, 20, 21, and 26, 27, 28, directed by veteran director Lou Esposito.
