Sunrise County Economic Council (SCEC) and Washington County Community College (WCCC) are offering a two-day ServSafe (food protection manager) certification class at WCCC’s St. Croix Hall May 15-16.
Who should attend? Any establishment that meets the State of Maine’s criteria requiring that that a certified food protection manager on staff. When in doubt, please check with your health inspector to see if this requirement is applicable.
Cost for the class is $145 with a $50 discount for the first 20 Washington County businesses who sign up. This includes textbook and 16 hours of training. If you would like to bring someone with you and are willing to share a textbook, cost is $47.50 or half-price for the second person.
