LINCOLNVILLE, Maine — Part of Route 173 in Lincolnville is currently closed for 28 days to replace a large culvert.

The closure will be approximately 100 feet on either side of the structure, which is located on Route 173 close to the intersection of Route 52 heading toward Searsmont — near the front of the Lincolnville telephone building.

For motorists traveling to Searsmont, detour signs will direct traffic from Route 235 to Route 105. For those traveling from Searsmont toward Lincolnville, detour signs will direct traffic onto Route 105.

Farley and Sons Landscaping of Rockport will perform this $340,000 project.
