THOMASTON, ME: On November 8, Rite Way Cleaning of Waldoboro presented an $813 check to the Pope Memorial Humane Society of Knox County (PMHSKC), representing proceeds from a recent rug cleaning promotion. Through this offer, 10% of the price of each pet stain or pet urine-related rug cleaning order and 5% of all rug cleaning orders made by pet owners during the month of August were donated to PMHSKC.

Rite Way owner Mike Fairfield said: “This is the third year we’ve done this promotion, and the donations have increased every year. I’m very pleased that we can present our biggest donation yet to PMHSKC. Pets are an important source of business for us, so we’re happy to give back to the animals.”

Rite Way is an outstanding business partner, and we are thrilled with their generosity and compassion for the animals in our care,” noted HSKC Executive Director Tracy Sala.

Rite Way’s expert Oriental rug care is unmatched in the Midcoast area because of their unique 6-step cleaning process that targets each rug’s specific needs.
