LINCOLN, Maine – The Penquis office is relocating from 115 Main St. to 40 Main St. on Friday, Feb. 17. “The new location is located in the center of town which provides ease of access and greater visibility,” said Shannon Bonsey, Chief Operating Officer for Penquis.”

Penquis serves approximately 1,400 individuals in the Northern Penobscot area with a variety of services including LiHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program). Penquis services will continue in the new location with the exception of the Thrift Store. “It has been a privilege to offer ‘donation only’ clothes to the citizens of Lincoln and we are grateful for the hard work of the volunteers that made the store accessible and a welcoming place for people.”

The Penquis office will be closed on Friday, Feb. 17, for the move to take place. The office will re-open on Feb. 21. For more information, call 794-3093.
