Come and learn about tidal power in Maine and research underway at the university. The Maine Tidal Power Initiative (MTPI) is a group of engineers, biologists, oceanographers, and social scientists working closely with developers and regulators. MTPI researchers will share their approach to understanding responsible development of tidal power.
