GRAY, Maine — Patient Advocates has grown its base of clients over the last months and, as a result, has made additions to its customer service team. Renee Charlton has been hired as the company’s newest customer service representative.
Among its offerings, Patient Advocates provides support for self-insured Maine businesses. Charlton will assist those businesses’ employees with health benefit questions, ensuring that each client has the information and resources needed to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
