Looking for inventive ways to organize and easily manage the many elements of your busy life? Join certified life coach Nancy Lubin for a two-part series about organizing your time so you have time for your life. The series will take place on Thursdays, February 13 and 20, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Picker Family Resource Center, located on the Pen Bay Medical Center campus.
The first session will focus on assessing the activities that fill our days and how to look at them with clarity and commitment. The second session will talk about creating opportunity for things we want to do, and how to comfortably make time for events that arise spontaneously.
This two-part series is free but space is limited. Call 596-8950 to register or for more information.
