15 bands and free camping highlight the Northern Maine Rock and Metal Fest this year at the Seboeis Stream Outdoor Event Center in Howland. The fest, to take place on July 18 and 19 is two days of live music and fun including top bands like Prospect Hill and Nobis. Activities include mud mosh competition, body ink competition, water balloon dodge ball and other games, fireworks and more. The Seboeis Stream OEC is located along the beautiful Piscataquis River in Howland.
