Southwest Harbor Public Library Mother's Day Sale Artwork by Leza Colquhoun

All week long from Monday, May 5 to Saturday, May 10, the Southwest Harbor Public Library is selling treats and trinkets for Moms. During the week we will have a table of gifts and fresh bread each day. Items are priced to sell. On Saturday, we will add more gifts, more baked goods, live music and from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. local artist Mike Duffy will help kids make fun crafts for Mom. All sales and donations will go to support children’s programs such as the Pumpkin Festival, the Summer Story Camp, author visits, the Halloween Book Give Away, and free passes to the Children’s Museum. Come shop and enjoy the music and crafts. There’s fun for everyone – especially Mom!

For more information, or if you have something you would like to donate to the sale whether it is an item or a baked good, call the Library, (207) 244-7065.
