CAMDEN, Maine — Gregory A. Dufour, President and Chief Executive Officer of Camden National Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Monica Tolman to Senior Vice President, loan production manager. Tolman will be based in Rockport. She will report to June B. Parent, Executive Vice President of retail banking for Camden National Bank.

Tolman’s career at Camden National Bank has included Commercial Loan Administrator, Risk Management Data Analyst, Collections Supervisor, Commercial Underwriter, Commercial Portfolio Manager and most recently Commercial Administration Manager.
“She wasn’t always a banker,” said June B. Parent, Executive Vice President of retail banking. Parent continued, “Monica spent many years working for local Camden and Rockport small businesses managing day to day workflows to meet customer needs. Those years of small business experience have been invaluable in understanding the needs and challenges of our customers.”
A Maine native, Tolman graduated from Camden Rockport High school before attending Katherine Gibbs School in Boston. Tolman was also a past president of Camden/Rockport little league association and executive committee member of the Make a Wish Fantasy Auction for over 10 years. Tolman still has strong ties to her hometown community along with her husband, Eric, sons Nate and Clay, and Clay’s fiancée, Katherine.
