WESTBROOK, Maine — Mark Publicker, M.D., was chosen for inclusion in Down East Magazine’s “Maine TopDocs Physician Survey 2014” as one of the top physicians in the field of Addiction Medicine. Prior to moving to Maine 10 years ago, he was Chief of Addiction Medicine for Kaiser Permanente in the Washington DC region. He has lectured on addiction medicine at Chinese universities and helped to establish a residential rehabilitation program for homeless drug-addicted boys in Turkey.
He is a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He is an Associate Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine and at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine.
