PORTLAND, Maine — The Iris Network is pleased to announce that Robert “Bobby” Marcroft has taken on the role of Resident Services Manager at the Iris Park Apartments.
The Iris Park Apartments is a comfortable, low-income, independent, residential facility designed specifically for people who are visually impaired or blind. In his capacity as Manager, Bobby will provide direct supervision and support to IPA staff, assess and improve systems, and maintain ethical practice.
Prior to joining The Iris Network, Bobby provided case management and advocacy services at Preble Street Veteran Housing Services, supported residents at Shalom House as a residential worker, and as a residential technician at Serenity House educated clients on relapse prevention techniques while assisting them with recovery.
A graduate of the University of Southern Maine, with a B.A. in Social Work, Bobby also holds the following certifications: MHRT/C and MHRT-I.
