ROCKPORT, Maine — Michael Roy, founder of Phi Home Designs announced today that he is leaving the company to pursue other interests and spend more time with his growing family. “As we enter our tenth year I look at this as the perfect time to transition out of the firm as it continues on its growth trajectory.”
Bettina Doulton, who has been a partner in the business since 2012, will work closely with the experienced senior management team of Rob Troxler, Will Power, Erik Durbas, and Bob Talbot to keep the spirit of excellence upon which the firm was founded, alive. “Over the past 10 years, Mike built Phi’s reputation as a firm that exceeds client expectations through unparalleled quality and service and we have every intention of continuing down that path,” said Doulton. “Mike’s vision and dedication was key to Phi’s success and we are committed to building on that as we move into this exciting new phase,” she added.
“Our team is ready for the future,” said Rob Troxler, in a press release. “As a collective we have the skills and expertise to successfully usher in this new era. Our structure brings fresh perspective and renewed energy to the business that will help us solidify our reputation as one of Maine’s most sought-after design/build firms,” he added.
