The Fare features an open air market showcasing Maine products, cooking classes, demonstrations by farmers, fishermen, artisan producers, and chefs, panel discussions, live music, and art. There will be something for the whole family! Learning to pay close attention to where our food is grown, and how it reaches our table, reminds us that food has a sense of place. The food we eat connects us all to the land, sea, and the people in our communities who work to put it on our plates. This two-day festival is full of tasting and learning about Maine’s diverse and abundant food system!
