Maine DOT to replace culvert in Richmond

RICHMOND, Maine — Maine Department of Transportation crews will replace an existing culvert on Alexander Reed Road, necessitating a closure approximately 250 feet from the intersection of Alexander Reed Road and Grindstone Crank Road.

Motorists will be detoured 0.37 of a mile from Alexander Reed Road to Lincoln Street to Grindstone Crank Road then back to Alexander Reed Road. 

This is a one day project and it is anticipated all work will be completed by the end of the day on Tuesday, Aug. 5.
