PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Maine AllCare Presents “Our Vision for Universal Health Care in Maine,” 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, at the Turner Memorial Library, 39 Second Street, Presque Isle.
Speakers will be Phil Caper, MD, Vice President of Maine AllCare, a columnist for the Bangor Daily News, and internationally recognized expert on health care policy; Joe Lendvai, Communications Director of Maine AllCare.
