Machias 250th hosts historic lecture series

MACHIAS, Maine – Donald Soctomah, Passamaquoddy Tribal Historian, returns to continue his discussion on the history of the tribe as well as their role in local Revolutionary War events, as part of the Machias 250th Birthday Celebration popular historic lecture series.

Refreshments will be served courtesy of Hannaford’s and Angie’s Everything Nice Bakery. We will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 4, in the Kay Parker Building on Hadley Lake Road, Machias.
