Local photographer attends pro photo institute

HERMON, Maine — Debra Bell owner of Bell Imaging & Design LLC located at 890 Coldbrook Road in Hermon, successfully completed the 53rd annual Session of the New England Institute of Professional Photography, which was held March 30 to April 3 at the Resort and Conference Center at Hayannis, Mass. and received two merits toward a degree with the Professional Photographers of America.

While at NEIPP, Bell participated in an intensive week-long course of study in Business Essentials instructed by world-renowned Candance Pratt Stiteler, CPP; Cr.Photog, ABI, CBM, of Lee, New Hampshire.

This was the first year that Bell has attended these specialized courses designed specifically for affiliates of the professional photographic industry.

Bell is a member of the Maine Professional Photographers Association, the Professional Photographers of New England, the Professional Photographers of America, Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce, and the Paul Bunyan Chapter of Business Networking International.

NEIPP is sponsored by the Professional Photographers Association of New England and is operated by a board comprised of an Executive Director and one trustee from each of the six New England states. NEIPP is the only Professional Photographers of America Affiliate School in the Northeast.
