Renée Fleming as the Marschallin in Richard Strauss’ “Das Rosenkavalier,” part of the “Live in HD” series from The New York Metropolitan Opera at The Grand.

The “Live in HD” high-definition simulcast series of productions and hi-def encores from The New York Metropolitan Opera continues its 2016 – 2017 season at The Grand on Saturday May 13th at 1 pm with a presentation of Richard Strauss’ grandest opera- Das Rosenkavalier. Sebastian Weigle conducts the sparklingly perfect score. The estimated run time is 4 hours and 50 minutes with two intermissions.
