CAMDEN, Maine — A. Flint Decker, president, designated broker of The New England Real Estate Co., announces another addition to the team at The New England Real Estate Co., former P.A.W.S. Animal Adoption Center Administrative Director Lisa Dresser.

Well known in the community, Dresser has been drawn to real estate for nearly 25 years.  Now, with a freshly minted agent’s license, she has decided to jump into the profession.

“I am very excited to be living my dream to be a real estate professional,” said Dresser in a press release.  It is “thrilling to be affiliated with The New England Real Estate Company with the same culture of care and personal attention that I have applied to clients and customers throughout my career.”

Having just left a two-year role with P.A.W.S in Rockport, she also has enjoyed roles with Colby College, Five Town Adult & Community Education and served as Senior Non-partisan staff in the Maine State Senate Secretary of the Senate’s Office.

Dresser attended the University of Maine and has experience as a small business owner; having managed and co-owned Dragonfly Gardens & Greenhouse — a small greenhouse and nursery business for six growing seasons in Palermo.

Born and raised in Waldo County, Dresser lives in Hope with her husband Tim, Golden Retriever Barley, and cat Leonard. Her three daughters and three stepchildren have left home and she has one grandchild with two more expected this summer. Her commitment to the community extends to the non-profit sector as a member of West Bay Rotary, Coastal Mountain Land Trust and a loyal supporter of the United Mid-Coast Charities.

Lisa Dresser can be reached at (207) 236-7000, ext. 18, or on her cell directly at (207) 592-1806 or by e-mail; Lisa@TheNewEnglandReCo.com.
