Learn to cook gluten-free, dairy-free in free class

BELFAST, Maine — Want to learn how to cook some delicious gluten-free, dairy-free dishes? Kerri Vacher, Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, will share her passion for cooking gluten-free and dairy-free recipes at an adult education class “Eat Well to be Well.”

During the classes to be held on Wednesday evenings, Feb. 6 and 13, Dr. Vacher will guide attendees through preparation of a few of her favorite recipes.

These free classes will be held at Belfast Area High School. Registration is required for the classes by calling the adult education office, 338-3197.

The classes are sponsored by Waldo County General Hospital.
