LAMOINE, Maine — SW Boatsworks was recognized recently by the Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program for its exemplary safety and health management. Steven Greeley, project manager, (right) presents a plaque to Stewart Workman, owner of SW Boatworks. The company’s acceptance into the program was from a recommendation by SafetyWorks to OSHA and was achieved by completing an inspection of safety records, policy, employee participation and a walk through of the company’s operations. SW Boat works is one of 57 locations in Maine to receive the award.
