Fun, Fashion, Fabulous! This describes the 4th annual KnitMaine-ia fashion show which will be held on Thursday, September 5 at 5:30 p.m. The event will take place at Searsport Shores Campground in conjunction with Fiber College and is organized by the Women of St. Margaret’s in Belfast. Enjoy an amazing array of hand knitted, crocheted and felted garments and accessories to be modeled and displayed.
Tickets are $10 which includes a wine & cheese reception with live music following the show, and drawings for door prizes from various local shops. All monetary proceeds will benefit New Hope for Women. In addition, hand knit mitten donations are encouraged for the Three Little Kittens Project to help keep Waldo County children warm.
