BAR HARBOR — Glance up at the sky one night here on MDI – how much do you know about what you’re seeing?

The Acadia Astronomical Society will offer a free program, open to everyone, called “What’s Up in the Winter Sky?” on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Jesup Memorial Library. Dwight Lanpher will offer tips about how to pick out constellations with the naked eye, as well as how to a use a telescope.

The society is always looking for new members, too.
