Holocaust Survivor: Portraits of Immutable Strength Presentation on the UMFK campus

FORT KENT, Maine — The University of Maine at Fort Kent’s Diversity Committee and the Valley Rivers Middle School will host guest speaker Max Slabotsky, a survivor of Auschwitz concentration camp, at 7 p.m. Monday, April 9, in the UMFK Fox Auditorium.

Mr. Slabotsky will address present and future generations with a personal account of the horrors of war and honor the countless number of innocent victims who did not survive. The presentation is free and all are welcome.
