HOULTON, Maine — Chris Anderson, president of the F. A. Peabody Company, announced that employee Dawn Halkyard, ACSR, CIIP, has been named the state of Maine recipient for “Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year” by the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
Each year, the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research selects a group of insurance professionals to represent their state and compete to become “The National Outstanding CSR of the Year.” This prestigious award recognizes the contributions and commitment of those who serve clients within the insurance industry.
Entrants must have demonstrated commendable service to their agencies, their industry and their communities.
“Dawn’s unwavering dedication to the insurance business and her love of community make her a most deserving recipient of this award,” Anderson said.
