Freedom Fest 2014 to be featured in Thunder Press Magazine

Fort Kent, Maine, January 24, 2014: Freedom Fest 2014 will be featured in Thunder Press Magazine.

A contributor for Thunder Press who is also on the Board of Directors for Wreaths Across America will be in Fort Kent for 2days gathering photos and information for the national magazine followed by hundreds of thousands of Harley Davidson enthusiast.

The daylong event will begin with a Bike Run organized by Plourde Harley Davidson of Caribou with the support of motorcycle clubs throughout the County. The Bike run will leave at approximately 9am from Plourde & Plourde Inc on August 9, 2014. The motorcade will travel north to Fort Kent and loop through Fort Kent and back out to the Freedom Fest 2014 venue at the Fort Kent Municipal Airport where the motorcade will be greeted by the Saluting Marine, SSG Tim Chamber who welcomes 400,000 motorcycles each year at Rolling Thunder in Washington, DC in a similar manner. The Bike Run will honor all KIA’s (Killed In Action) from Aroostook County.

Movie Star Thomas Ian Nicholas and his band The Thomas Nicholas Band have agreed to headline this event in support of Northern Maine Veterans. The Mallett Brothers Band , Forget – Forget, Gunther Brown, Spirit of Cash – Harold Ford and the Cash Band, Randolph Michaud, Tennessee Haze, Kindred and The Uprooted are scheduled to perform in support of this worthy cause.
