Next Sunday afternoon, April 21, the Belfast Yoga Studio will present another all day workshop using Yamuna® Body Rolling that will focus on freeing the hips, the lungs as well as the face and jaw area.
“We had a full Spring Day class last month,” explains certified instructor, Marianna Moll, “and many more requests to learn this intensive self-work, that we felt encouraged to go ahead and scheduled another class this spring.”
“So many in our culture are suffering with both tight hip and painful jaws, without realizing the connection,” Moll continued, “yet when the hips are free the TMJ relaxes and when the TMJ releases, the hips open. When the jaw joint is free the brain receives more oxygen and one’s mood rises. When the ribs are open and lifted full breathing becomes natural and easy.”
The workshop will begin at 11:00 am with detailed hip work. After a break, the next class will start at 1:00 focusing on the side body and neck. The final class will be face work using the Yamuna® Face Balls will start at 3:00 pm.
Yamuna® Face Ball work not only releases the jaw and TMJ, it gives you the tools and the secrets of smooth, toned and glowing skin.
“The secret to beauty is relieving stress and the antidote to stress is relaxation, and learning to relax is at the heart of living well,” says Moll, who is certified both as a Iyengar Yoga as well as a Yamuna® Body Rolling instructor.
Choose to take the whole day, or take just one class. This workshop will help you to find renewed energy and leap into Spring with a full breath, a smooth face and most of all, a happy attitude.
The individual classes start at $25 with Pre-registration or $30 Drop-ins. All tool are provided, except for the Yamuna® Face Balls Kits, which are personal and must be purchased by each participant who does not own them.
