Ellsworth- Human Performance Lab, LLC, will be holding its second annual Summer Bootcamp class. The class will run for six weeks, starting on June 24, 2012 at 9:00am. The class will run 6 weeks, with more classes possibly to be added.
The class will consist of body weight exercises, sprinting, jogging, walking, plyometrics, and other fitness activities to strength bones, joints, muscles, and may even lead to weight loss.
The class will happen at sites around Ellsworth, with the majority of the classes happening at the Ellsworth track.
