Free Crock Pot Cooking Class – Registered Attendees to Receive Free Crockpot

Unitarian Universalist Society of Bangor Offering Crock Pot Cooking Class, April 20th

Don’t know how to cook, or too busy? The Unitarian Universalist Society of Bangor is offering a Crock Pot Cooking Class for those who would like to learn basic cooking skills on a limited budget. There is no charge for this class – it is intended for those in need and is part of UUSB’s outreach efforts.

Attendees will learn about and sample tasty foods prepared by slow cooking. They will also receive a free crock pot as well as supplies. The class will be taught by Phyllis Havens, nutritionist.

The class will take place on Saturday, April 20th, from 10:00-11:00am at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Bangor, 120 Park Street, next to the City Hall.

Space is limited. Attendees MUST register for this class. Please call the church office at (207) 947-7009.
