Franklin Voters Pass Firearm Nullification Ordinance at Town Meeting

At Saturday’s annual town meeting, Franklin voters passed an ordinance stating that any firearms legislation that is in violation of the Constitutions of either the State of Maine or the Federal Government will be declared null and void in the town of Franklin and will be deemed un-enforceable.
