Foreign Affairs Discussion with Ambassador to Lithuania Deborah A. McCarthy

McCarthy speak on the topics of the Baltics, the European Union, and Russia. Ms. McCarthy is the recipient of the Presidential Merit Service Award, six Senior Foreign Service Performance Awards, and she has held a variety of diplomatic positions in the Dominican Republic, Italy, Haiti and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
