This 1 hour class will strengthen your body and your mind.
This class is appropriate for all ages and focuses on functional exercise, agility,balance and includes stretching and floor exercises.

Classes are Tuesdays at 8:30am and will be held every week. You may join anytime. Fee is $1 per session to be paid at Town Office. Residents and non-residents welcome.

**Please bring an exercise mat or towel to use for the
floor work.

Renée Thibault has been a certified personal trainer
for 20 years and just recently moved to this area from Washington, D.C. She specializes in functional exercise and flexibility training and works primarily with older adults and seniors.
