A wet, wild and windy lacrosse game was played Saturday morning at the Union Street Athletic Fields with EMYL coming out on top. Both teams played well with depleted squads and gave great efforts in the mud and rain. My thanks go out to a group of Central Maine parents who graciously shared their tent with me in the downpour.

The next scheduled games for the 7/8 EMYL Eagles are Thursday, 5/22 against the Kennebec Cannons with the “white Squad” playing at 5:30 and the “green squad” at 6:30. Come on out and cheer on the guys!
